Health and Happiness
Hi again! So, recently my j-o-b sent me an e-mail asking if we would be interested in this thing called Kinetix. I had no clue, so I sent one back sayin', hey, sure, why not... About a week or so later, I get this random box, filled with Kinetix info. It was a diet-weight program. Yeah, right, anyother dumb diet thing, just what the world needs. After throughly looking at it, it looked pretty interesting, well... In nine weeks, I have lost 8% of my body fat, became leaner and my butt better! Now, I am not a dieting kind of girl (Hello, chef!!) but this is totally different! I would suggest to anyone to try this out. Oh, check it out. Go over to www.kinetixliving.com and read the stories. Look at the program, and sign up if you so feel the need to. My whole family just started this week, we'll be so hot by Christmas when I go back to visit my foggy city. With the work-out routine that is totally made out perfectly, with the yummy food (again, chef.. very picky), it really works. Remember the amazing blonde, Elle Woods, "Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people just don't shoot their husbands, they just don't. " Ok, so not really 100% but you get what I'm saying... Eat better, exercise and be happy!!! (Your hubby will thank you for it too... :)
Welcome Welcome Welcome!
Welcome to Beautiful Napa Vineyard Ranch. Horses, citrus orchards and 115 degree heat...
Ok...So, we are not in Napa Valley, CA. (Very beautiful however!) I am in Queen Creek, Arizona. Now, why name somewhere in the desert a vineyard? Well, a few years ago, I lived with my bestfriend at a beautiful ranch, in Napa Valley, in the middle of acres and acres of vineyards. Heaven! There, I learned how to ride, and having moved to Arizona and obtained MANY horses, I dedicated my ranch to my old home. Please enjoy all I have to share- even if it seems very random! Happy Trails! :)
